**Important Notice – Perm Services** Please note that we cannot perform chemical perms on bleached or highlighted hair, as bleaching can significantly weaken the hair and cause damage during the perming process. You will need to wait until all bleached hair has been cut off and your natural, unbleached hair has grown out before we can perform a chemical perm. **Please read this notice carefully and ensure your hair meets these requirements before booking a perm appointment. Thank you for your understanding.** Short Length : $300 Medium Length : $350 Long Length : $400 Extra Long Length : $550
Cancellation Policy
Our Policy: Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least [48 hours in advance] notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than [48 hours] will result in a cancellation fee. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
